Helping automotive suppliers prepare their processes, IT systems and ERP environments for the security and traceability requirements associated with TISAX.
Why TISAX ?
In recent years, automotive manufacturers and higher-tier suppliers have increasingly required compliance with TISAX requirements.
For many organizations, the challenge is not understanding the requirements.
The real challenge is implementing them in day-to-day operations.
In practice, this often means:
stronger control over access to information
clear traceability and accountability
documented operational processes
predictable IT systems management
proper use of ERP and business applications
What is TISAX?
TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) is an information security assessment mechanism widely used throughout the automotive industry.
It is based on requirements defined by the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA) and enables manufacturers and suppliers to assess and demonstrate the maturity of their information security controls.
For many Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, participation in a TISAX assessment has become a contractual requirement or a prerequisite for participating in certain projects and production programs.
What does it mean in practice?
Beyond documentation and policies, TISAX evaluates how an organization manages information, IT systems and operational processes.
In practice, the assessment may include:
information and IT access management
user administration and access rights
asset and application inventory
backup and recovery policies
operational traceability
process and responsibility documentation

How we work
1
Understand the current situation
We assess how processes, ERP systems and IT infrastructure support your operations today.
2
Identify risk areas
We identify gaps between current practices and expected requirements.
3
Define Priorities
Not every action has the same impact.
We focus first on the areas that deliver the greatest operational value.
4
Support Implementation
We remain involved throughout implementation and assist with the preparation of the required documentation.
Not in our scope
Our role at EVOMIND Systems is to support organizations in preparing their processes, systems and documentation so that the assessment process can be approached in a predictable and controlled manner.
we don't perform TISAX audits
we don't issue certifications
we don't replace accredited assessment providers or audit organizations
To whom we address our services
We work with organizations seeking greater operational control—not simply more IT systems.
Manufacturing Companies
Organizations where production, inventory management and reporting must operate predictably.
Automotive Suppliers
Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers operating under audit pressure, traceability requirements and strict delivery expectations.
Logistics & Warehousing
Organizations where inventory control and process visibility are essential.
Are you preparing for a TISAX assessment or receiving new requirements from a customer?
We can review your current situation and help identify the areas that require attention before the assessment process begins.
